Reliable AC Repair for East Lake Homes

From the neighborhoods around Lake Tarpon to the homes along East Lake Road, a failing air conditioner turns a North Pinellas summer into a long, sticky wait. Forest Air is the family-owned team East Lake homeowners call when the AC blows warm air, short-cycles, leaks or won't turn on at all. We've served Pinellas County since 1994, and we know how hard Florida's heat and humidity work a cooling system.

Our certified technicians find the real cause before recommending a fix, whether it's a failed capacitor, a refrigerant leak, a frozen coil or a clogged drain line. You'll get an upfront price before any work starts, with no hidden fees and no pressure to replace a system that can be repaired.

With 80+ years of combined HVAC experience on our team, we work on all major brands and models and stand behind every repair with a satisfaction guarantee.
